Terms & Conditions

By requesting a proposal, signing a statement of work, paying an invoice, or otherwise instructing IT TEC SOLUTION to begin work, you accept these Terms & Conditions together with any written scope, milestone schedule, or NDA we issue for the engagement.

If a signed statement of work conflicts with this page, the signed document controls for that project.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, services may include:

• Custom Next.js engineering sprints, including architecture, implementation, and performance hardening.
• Technical SEO audits, search architecture, and ongoing optimization retainers.
• AEO/GEO integration so brand entities are prepared for generative and answer-engine surfaces.
• UI/UX design and digital marketing frameworks tied to agreed monthly retainer milestones.

Deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are defined in the project scope. Work outside that scope requires a written change order.

Upon full milestone settlement, the client owns bespoke codebases, creative assets, and content produced specifically for that engagement, excluding any third-party libraries or licensed tools.

IT TEC SOLUTION retains ownership of proprietary internal tooling, audit frameworks, templates, and methodologies used to deliver the work. We may showcase non-confidential outcomes in our portfolio unless a written NDA states otherwise.

The client agrees to provide, in a timely manner:

• CMS, analytics, hosting, and repository access required to execute the scope.
• DNS, domain, and production configuration changes when those remain under client control.
• Accurate project specifications, brand assets, and review feedback within agreed review windows.

Delays in access or feedback may shift delivery dates without constituting a breach by IT TEC SOLUTION.

Fees follow the milestone or retainer schedule in the proposal. Invoices are due as stated on each invoice. Work may pause if a milestone remains unpaid beyond the stated term.

Engagements may be invoiced in INR, USD, GBP, or another agreed currency. Bank charges, FX conversion, and payment gateway fees are the payer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Either party may cancel a retainer with written notice as defined in the statement of work. Work completed and non-recoverable third-party costs remain payable. Prepaid unused retainer days are handled per the signed schedule.

Search rankings, AI citations, and organic traffic are influenced by third-party algorithms. Google Core Updates, AI-overview changes, and similar platform shifts are outside our control. We engineer for resilience; we do not guarantee a specific rank, citation volume, or revenue outcome.

Hosting, DNS, CDN, and edge-network uptime depend on the providers you select. IT TEC SOLUTION is not liable for outages, data loss, or performance degradation originating from those third parties, except to the extent caused by our proven negligence in configuration we control.

Our aggregate liability for a project is limited to the fees paid to IT TEC SOLUTION for that project in the three months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from engagements with IT TEC SOLUTION, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the client's home market.
