Welcome to Argho Enterprise. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:
Scope of Services
Argho Enterprise (“Designer”) provides web design and development services (“Services”) as per the project agreement for the Client. Services may include wireframes, design mockups, responsive development, CMS setup, and additional deliverables detailed in the project quote blog.hubspot.com+1onesuite.io+1.
- Client Obligations
The Client must:
- Provide content, branding materials, and feedback promptly.
- Respond within 3 business days to prevent delays.
- Maintain hosting, domain registration, and necessary licenses.
- Timeline & Milestones
- Project starts on [Start Date], estimated completion [End Date].
- Milestones (e.g., design approval, beta launch) and corresponding deadlines are listed in the project agreement
- Fees & Payment
- Total project fee: INR & Dollar (or currency of choice).
- Payment schedule:
- [50%] upfront deposit,
- [50%] on final delivery.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope is billed at INR [Rate]/hour.
- Late payments incur interest: 1.5% monthly on overdue amounts
- Revisions
Includes up to [Number] revision rounds per phase.

- Intellectual Property & Licensing
- Upon full payment, Client receives rights to final deliverables (design files, code, assets).
- Designer retains rights to unused concepts and proprietary tools.
- Client owns content they supply; licensed third-party software (plugins, fonts) follows original licensing terms termly.io+10onesuite.io+10easy-agreement.com+10.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives for 2 years post-completion indiafilings.com+12onesuite.io+12blog.hubspot.com+12.
- Warranty
Designer ensures that the delivered website will function per specifications for 30 days post-launch.
This excludes issues stemming from client changes or third-party updates.
Designer’s total liability is limited to the total fees paid
- Termination
Either party may terminate with 7 days’ notice .
Client pays for all work completed up to termination, and Designer will hand over completed deliverables.
Sections on IP, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (applicable to West Bengal jurisdiction).
Disputes will first be resolved through mediation, followed by arbitration, if needed.
- General
- Entire agreement: These terms, the project proposal, and any executed contracts constitute the full agreement.
- Force majeure: Neither party is liable for delays beyond their control.
- Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- Using this website constitutes agreement to these Terms (browse-wrap); ensure they’re accessible via your footer for enforceability
